Our Scout Group is run by a team of committed volunteers. Our Leadership team is made up of parents whose children are now, or have previously been, in Scouting as well as current and former Youth Members.

Our leaders undergo extensive training run by Scouts Victoria on how to effectively deliver our program. As a Child Safe organisation, all adults engaged in scouting must undergo a Working with Children Check (WWCC), police checks and personal character checks. These are facilitated by Scouts Victoria as part of their Child Safe policies. As a Child Safe organisation, we receive comprehensive and ongoing training in dealing with, and protecting children. All Leaders must sign a document under which they agree to abide by a Code of Conduct, which incorporates important principles of Child Protection.
